I thought the dude said it was 해삼, but who can tell with the dialect they have going on there...and the fact that I was partaking in C1 soju (mainly due to the fact that it does not exist in my neck of the woods) made communication all the more difficult. All I know is that it was moving around as if it wasn't out of the sea, cut in half, and sitting on a plate. You might be right.
