Ok here's the plot of this gem...Brian Bosworth plays some sort of a cop with a mullet that goes undercover on some biker gang, known as 'The Brotherhood' (what else would it be). Anyway this cop, using his biker name John Stone, tries to set up a drug deal between the mob and said biker gang so both will be taken down. Anyway his plan backfires and some bikers find out he's Joe Huff the cop, not John Stone the macho biker. Anyway the brotherhood have some scheme to waste a governor because he wanted to do death penalty on a member of the brotherhood. So the sneak into the courthouse and waste some guys and then Brotherhood mens fly through the windows on motorcycles. Meanwhile other bikers in a stolen army helicopter plan to throw Joe Huff/John Stone out a helicopter with TNT strapped to him, only Joe Huff breaks out of handcuffs and stuff TNT down a bikers pants (actually put it in his leather vest i think.) and kicks him out of a chopper. Joe Huff does some move where he gets into courthouse and has some sneaking around killing mens antics. Anyway in the end Joe Huff pushes the last boss down some stairs and then cops come in cuz Joe Huff won, but then last boss loots a police man gat and is going to waste Joe Huff, but Joe Huff's way to serious partner appears and shoots the last boss. GAME OVER MAN!!!
REVIEW: Ummm...where to start with this? Nice mullet Brian Bosworth. Pretty lame acting, plot, action, girls, cinematography, ect...but the enemies were attempting to "Crack the whip" aka killing some senator or something and just the fact that they had a slogan about it was humourous.
